Our Classes
Colette has studied for 6 years as a yoga instructor and has more than 1000 hours of training in a variety of yoga forms. Scheduled classes are always small enough to allow personal attention but foster a sense of community. Sharing experiences and discovering new ways of moving, breathing and meditating together builds friendships that often move beyond the studio.

For group retreats, Colette can design yoga flows and sessions incorporating elements from the schools of yoga set out below and personalised to your preferences.

Every yoga session will encourage you to explore movements and breathing techniques, take time truly for yourself, and connect with your emotions, body and breath. Whether you choose to challenge yourself or give yourself permission to indulge in pure relaxation, feel the reverberations of the deeper insight you achieve on the mat echoing through
your life off the mat as well.

The sequences of postures stimulate channels in the body known as meridians in Chinese medicine.
